|
Some of the sub-categories have sub-sets. The sub-categories with sub-sets are indicated in Blue font in the PostTree home page.

Example: Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Legal/Govt., Management are the sub-sets for “Business” sub-category.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes, there is a minimum 1-Month contract when you place an ad in our advertisement section.

Campaign - A campaign is a name that you assign to an advertisement for tracking purposes. Please assign a unique campaign name for all advertisements.

When do my ads start running?
|
Your advertisements will be up and running on PostTree when the payment processing is completed.

How do I start creating my account?
|
In the Advertisement section, click “Get Started”. Please fill in all the required information to create an account.

How and when do I enter my billing information?
|
After your account is created, login to the site, and click “My Account” tab. Click “Billing Preference”. Click “Edit” to enable keyboard entries to the form that is displayed. Type the details in the form. Save the changes.

Yes. You can have multiple advertisement accounts.

What are the Editorial Guidelines?
|
Please use effective words to advertise your products and services. Once you determine the advertisement plan and the category where you want to place an ad, you need to create ads that will inform your potential customers about the products and services you offer.

Underlying all the Editorial Guidelines are two simple principles that have worked for thousands of advertisers already in the program:

How do I retrieve my password if I forget it?
|
Click “Forgot Password” in the login section. You will be asked to type your user name and Email address. If the information given by you is correct, the password will be sent to you in the Email address that you specified.

What are my payment options?

You can pay for your advertisements using Master, VISA & Discover Card. We accept Credit/Debit cards. We use PayPal payment processing system to ensure that your payment details are secured.

How do I make a payment?
|
If you are a new member, you can select an advertisement plan and start creating new campaign. After you have completed the campaign creating, you will be directed to PayPal payment site for payment processing.

If you are an existing member and if you would like to renew a campaign, click on campaign summary, select the campaign you would like to renew and click on “Make a Payment” button to make payment.
|
|
If you are an existing member and if you would like to create new campaign, click on “Create New Advertisement” link under campaign summary. You will be directed to the advertisement selection and follow the instructions.

Can I use PayPal (tm) to pay for my advertisement campaigns?

Yes. You can use PayPal to pay for your advertisement campaigns. PostTree is fully configured and authorised member of PayPal.

How secure is my payment information?
|
All the information flows through the https connection at PayPal, and its one of the most secure sites with millions of users using this facility daily through PayPal.

Can I get a refund for my prepaid advertisement campaigns?

No. We don’t have any refund policy.

Can I cancel a payment once I make it?

No. It is at the discretion of the payment gateway.

When do you bill?
|
When you make payment using PayPal, you will get an e-mail confirmation when your payment is processed. We bill you immediately after this process is over.

How do I renew my advertisement campaigns?

You will get an e-mail confirmation two weeks before your advertisement expires.

After logging in, click “Campaign Management” tab, select the campaign to be renewed under “Campaign Summary” and click on “Make a Payment” button.

How can I view the billing summary for my campaigns?
|
You can view the billing summary for your campaigns using: My Account -> Billing Summary.

How do I login?
|
From the home page, locate the link “Advertisement” and click it. You will see a login section on the Advertisement page. Type your user name and password, and click “Login”.

What is meant by active campaign?
|
An active campaign means an advertisement that is live on PostTree site.

What is meant by inactive campaign?
|
If for some reason your advertisement is made inactive by the site administrator, it is called an inactive campaign. The campaign will be inactive if they are advertised in the wrong category nor if the advertised contents are illegal. You will get an e-mail if your advertisement is made inactive. Please make the necessary corrections and send an e-mail to sponor@posttree.com or banner@posttree.com and your campaign will be made active.

What is meant by renew campaign?
|
If your advertisement campaign is two weeks closer to the expiration date, the status will be changed to “Renew”.

How can I view the number of hits for my campaign?
|
After logging into your member account, visit report section to view the total number of clicks for your advertisement campaigns.
